Andrew Andreotti

Project Manager

Andrew Andreotti is a highly experienced infrastructure professional with extensive experience leading complex, early phase capital infrastructure programs within regulated public-sector and asset intensive environments. His career spans local government and state aligned agencies, where he has been responsible for progressing infrastructure initiatives from problem definition and feasibility through concept and functional design, governance approval and transition to delivery teams.

Andrew brings particular strength in program level coordination, early planning discipline, and multidisciplinary integration across electrical, mechanical and civil domains. He has worked closely with asset managers, operations teams, planners and engineering specialists to ensure projects are clearly defined, strategically aligned, technically feasible, and positioned for downstream delivery before detailed design and construction.

Known for his calm, structured and doctrine-based approach, Andrew excels in environments requiring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and defensible decision making. He is comfortable operating at the interface between engineering, asset management, operations and executive decision makers, ensuring complex technical inputs are translated into clear scopes

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Education from RMIT University.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active, coastal walks, travelling, and following the Brisbane Lions Football Club. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
