Binaya Malla
Binaya is a dedicated Civil Engineer with extensive experience in road and transportation infrastructure across both private and government sectors. His career spans roles in project engineering, design, and technical permit leadership, where he has consistently delivered high-quality outcomes in complex urban environments.
Binaya has led initiatives that prioritise infrastructure upgrades, safety compliance, and community-focused solutions. His previous roles at Winslow, MIEPOL, and Moonee Valley Council have equipped him with a strong foundation in civil works inspection, site safety, and traffic management planning.
His strengths lie in project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical oversight. He is passionate about improving community infrastructure and enhancing worksite safety through innovative engineering practices. Binaya is also actively pursuing Chartered Engineer certification, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Victoria University and is certified in multiple areas including Work Zone Traffic Management, Site Environmental Management, and First Aid.
Outside of work, Binaya enjoys playing basketball and following the NBA, as well as watching documentaries and fictional movies.
