Fonda Voukelatos
Fonda Voukelatos is a strategic adviser in aged care and former Deputy Chief Executive of one of Australia's largest aged care providers, with extensive executive, advisory and governance experience across residential aged care, home care and community services.
His expertise spans strategic planning and execution, growth including mergers and acquisitions, technology and digital transformation and the development of capital business cases totalling more than $200 million in residential aged care projects. That background gives him a practical understanding of how providers make investment decisions — the funding levers, occupancy margin pressures, and board-level considerations that determine whether a project proceeds.
In home care, Fonda led the growth of a national provider from $15 million to $230 million in annual revenue over eight years, building a portfolio of innovative and award-winning services along the way. He has participated as an expert witness at Royal Commission into the Quality & Safety in Aged Care and Senate Inquiries.
Alongside his work with Touch Projects, Fonda leads XV Consulting, a strategic advisory practice serving aged care, home care, disability and allied health providers. He is a recognised contributor to national sector debate on Support at Home and residential accommodation pricing, chairs the AI & Technology in Aged Care Forum, and is a committed advocate for equitable access to aged care for people from ethnic communities.
Outside of work, Fonda is a sporting tragic. Doesn’t matter the sport or time of day, he is all in!
