Niraj Nagnesia
Niraj is a Project Manager – Mechanical and Chartered Professional Engineer with experience delivering capital projects, shutdowns and reliability improvement initiatives across manufacturing, industrial and heavy industry sectors.
He has expertise across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and engineering design through to procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out. Niraj has successfully delivered plant upgrades and operational improvement projects in high-pressure production environments where safety, quality and operational continuity are critical.
Niraj is experienced in project planning and execution, contractor and stakeholder management, maintenance strategy optimisation, and reliability engineering. He is recognised for his practical, collaborative approach and his ability to deliver solutions that improve plant performance, reduce downtime and achieve strong operational outcomes.
Niraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) (Honours) from RMIT University and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), MIEAust, NER, APEC Engineer and IntPE (Aus).
Outside of work, Niraj enjoys spending quality time with his wife and eight-year-old son, playing golf, travelling and exploring new places. He also enjoys staying active and making the most of time with family and friends.
