Paul Larcher
With over 35 years’ engineering and commercial experience in infrastructure operations and multi-disciplinary projects, Paul has held senior management roles in large and small commercial organisations, academic institutions and not-for-profits.
Paul is experienced in providing advisory, project and construction management services to governments and blue-chip companies. He has a broad understanding of commercial, environmental, social, government, legal, operational and sustainability risks and issues in addition to the technical and financial drivers.
His senior roles have allowed him to develop expertise in strategic planning, business turnaround, commercial performance and building high performing teams through stakeholder alignment.
His deep knowledge of strategic planning, business turnaround, and commercial performance have enabled him to deliver exceptional results.
Paul’s impressive portfolio in the water sector includes leadership roles in complex infrastructure and treatment projects across Australia and internationally.
Outside of work, Paul is a keen sailor with his own boat who enjoys racing on Port Phillip and sailing yachts up and down the East Coast of Australia. He is working towards becoming an internationally qualified Race Officer for yachting events.
