Simon Deeble
Simon Deeble is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the development, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. His project portfolio spans both the public and private sectors, as well as humanitarian initiatives, reflecting his ability to adapt and perform in diverse technical and cultural settings.
Simon is known for his strategic mindset and strong focus on performance, results, and integrity. His core values- honesty, communication, and respect - underpin his approach to stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. He has a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure works from concept through to construction, with a hands-on approach to engineering, project management, and client service.
Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours from the University of Melbourne, Simon is dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes in technically demanding environments. His ability to build strong relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams has earned him recognition as a dependable and solutions-focused professional.
Outside of work, Simon loves supporting his kids in their passions - watching his son making incredible saves as a goalkeeper and cheering on his daughter as she masters new gymnastics routines. Simon also enjoys challenging himself with new experiences. Lately, he’s been learning how to surf, which he says has been fun, but humbling.
