As the end-to-end project manager, Touch Projects was responsible for managing the design process, securing internal school approvals, and administering contracts with construction teams. Our team worked closely with the school and construction teams to coordinate schedules and minimize disruptions to the learning environment. We provided regular updates to the school administration and stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle, ensuring that all parties were informed and involved in decision-making.

The project also involved managing the budget and timeline to ensure that the project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget. Our project management approach involved detailed planning, regular site inspections, and close collaboration with contractors and the school administration to identify and mitigate any potential issues.
