Touch Projects joins City of Blacktown Panel

Earlier this month the City of Blacktown in western Sydney celebrated its 40th year as a city.

With a population of over 360,000 people, the highest economic growth rate in Australia, a $17-billion economy, and 100 jobs a week being added to the workforce, Blacktown is a social and economic powerhouse.

The broad and exciting range of capital projects underway across the city is an example of a community really ‘on the grow’: a new ACU campus, the redevelopment of the Warrick Lane precinct, a raft of new playgrounds and community spaces, and the planned International Centre of Training Excellence as just some of the key projects in the continued transformation of Blacktown City.

Council has just completed the establishment of a panel arrangement for Planning and Development Services to help deliver this exciting program, and we’re really excited to have made the cut and be in a position to help Blacktown with its next 40 years of growth!
